At Bhoomkins, every piece is made-to-order with love. We want you to feel happy and confident in your purchase. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not keep inventory and have a strict policy regarding returns and cancellations. We are committed to ensuring you receive a perfect product.
Shipping & Delivery

| Handling Time | Since every item is made-to-order, it requires time for printing and quality checks. Our current production and handling time is 2–5 business days. |
| Transit Time | After handling, most U.S. orders are in transit for 2–5 business days. International transit times may vary significantly. |
| Total Delivery Time | The total expected delivery time (Handling + Transit) is typically 4–10 business days for U.S. orders. |
| Shipping Fees | We currently offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Please note that our shipping fee structure is subject to change at a future date. |
| Tracking | A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. |
| International | At present, we only ship within U.S.; if you are outside U.S., please contact us for availability. |
Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation under the following condition:

Timeframe: Within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet entered production.

How to Cancel: Email us at support@bhoomkins.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Result: If accepted, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Once an order enters production (usually after 12 hours), it cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
Since every item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (due to an error on our part), we will make it right.

Eligibility: Your item must arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong design or size sent).

Reporting Timeframe: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

Process: Email us at support@bhoomkins.com and include:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

A description of the issue.

Resolution: Once the claim is verified, we will offer you a choice:

A free replacement sent immediately.

A full refund to your original payment method.

You will not be required to return the original item (unless explicitly requested by us).
Exchanges/Change of mind

Size/Color Exchanges: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges for size or color changes. Please ensure you check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Goodwill Resolution: We understand things happen, and we want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund, store credit, or a coupon code toward a discounted replacement as a goodwill gesture.
Refund Timing & Method

Method: All approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of acceptance/verification. The funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
